Case: Career advice to individuals
A person can be astray about how they should proceed in his/her business career. We sometimes help them per request. It is of course important to let a person understand his/her strengths, weaknesses and what they want to accomplish in their lives, but actually more important thing is to let them understand his/her nature and preferences, which are difficult to change.

- A person who wants to apply for HR job in a bio venture: He didn't have any life science background and even HR area. After we understood his passion, we told him that it would be tough but good challenge for him. It absolutely requires his determination. He would face with very broad range of works and challenges, as a small company doesn't have enough work force and procedures quite often. On the other hand, he can grow a lot faster in that environment. It is all about his determination.
- A person who wants to change a company: He works for a company over 10 years, right after his graduation from a school. After we had several sessions with him, our recommendation was not to change a company then. We noticed that he was a bit obsessed by his emotion related to human relations and his future career. We also found that he was not a type of person who could easily adapt himself into a different and too much political world. He works for a Japanese traditional company, and he values traditional way of thinkings, though he was not aware of it. Statistically, the probability to face with more unjust and political environment becomes higher, when he moves companies. He still works there.
