Background
Most of private tech transfer services are paid service, and ours used to be same.
However, it was not friendly to some startups, especially in an early stage with less resources.
So, we decided to make it free and simple, by focusing on matching only.
We know this works well enough, with our experience being a part of Canadian tech transfer office.
While we continue to support Canadian startups to connect with JAPAC partners, we support startups with any nationality, so we can enhance tech transfer activities globally.

- JPRO ：explain JPRO's free matching support to a startup
- Startup：contact JPRO, if you like to use this support
- Startup：share non confidential materials and the information form with JPRO
- JPRO ：introduce your technology (product, service) to partners via email, meeting, and our website, etc.
- Partner：contact JPRO, if they are interested in your technology
- JPRO ：let you know they are interested in hearing more from you
- Startup：contact with a partner, and proceed further communication with them

- We don't guarantee any outcome. Not all of seeds requested may be introduced.
- The referral period is until the end of the year in which the application is received. depending on seeds, we may extend.
- Once communication channel between a startup and a partner, we are no longer involved in later communication.

Covered areas & partners
- At present, the main focus is the life science field, but planning to expand to other areas, such as SDG, an innovative IT to provide solution for business efficiency, etc.
- Partner companies in the life science area are domestic and global pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, VC, etc.
